When will I receive my order?: You will receive your order within 72 hours or less to the inbox of your billing email. Please check your junk mail folder just in case our emails go there. However,It usually takes less than 24 hours for us to process orders.
How will I receive my order?: Once your accounts have been completed you will receive an email. The file contains a list of your phone numbers along with any special requests you have made.

How does this service work?: We forward your ordered numbers to the phone number of your choice which must be a valid US phone number. When one of the phone numbers you ordered is dialed it will ring to the number you forwarded to with the voice verification PIN.

Can I buy a larger plan of phone numbers?: For orders larger than 250 numbers please email us directly. We can help you with all the details and create a custom order for any of your needs.

What are the usage requirements of these Phone numberss?: Our phone numbers are active for 60 days depending and include 20 minutes of talktime.
